To build on the track record and reputation we have established so far, we are looking to hire a customer focused Recruitment Consultant / Manager who can take accountability for delivering better outcomes to our customers.

You will build and manage long term client customer relationships with a focus on securing repeat and referred business. You will manage internal research and administrative resource to deliver recruitment assignments where client customers have placed trust in you to deliver to a high standard using robust, objective tools and techniques.

Your work will always be to a standard that meets the ethos of Freshwater Group and consistent with the brand expectations of both our client and candidate customers. We are focused on more than revenue generation and your performance will be measured on both qualitative and quantitative outcomes. We have a high-performance remuneration model.

Your background could be one of the following:

• From recruitment within the energy sector, either consultancy or inhouse.
• From recruitment in another sector but have a passion for the energy sector, especially renewables and cleantech.
• Working in a commercial or customer facing role in the energy sector and would like to utilise your knowledge of the people and sector in a new way.
