AIE YEP SYDNEY | DISSECTION OF FEDERAL ENERGY POLICIES: ELECTION EDITION
Join the Australian Institute of Energy and the Young Energy Professionals for a discussion of the energy policy packages that the two major parties are taking to the Federal election in May. Energy and climate change are shaping up to be key issues in the election campaign, with the Coalition and Labor each proposing different approaches to dealing with the challenges facing the energy sector.
You will hear insights from a range of experienced panellists from the NSW Government, The Grattan Institute and the University of Melbourne, who will discuss the merits of the policies being proposed and the potential implications for energy markets in Australia.
An opportunity for networking will be provided after the Q&A with drinks and refreshments.
