NEM Suspension: What, why, how?
On Wednesday 15 June 2022, AEMO suspended the National Electricity Market, announcing it was impossible to continue operating the market while ensuring a secure and reliable supply of electricity for consumers.
This event will take a look at the lead up to, and outcomes during, the recent administered pricing period and subsequent market suspension.
