Stakeholder Systems Coordinator

A Stakeholder Systems Coordinator is required for a highly regarded global renewable energy project development company.

The Stakeholder Systems Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and administration of activities required for the Queensland development portfolio from greenfield development through to approved projects.

 

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage a stakeholder management system, including, but not limited to, systems transition, stakeholder contacts, land agreements including renewals and payments, etc.
  • Managing the administration of payments to landholders, community entities and external consultants.
  • Support logistics for community and stakeholder events.
  • Support review and mark-ups of land agreements and permits (including options, leases, easements and change of use permits).

 

Requirements

  • Significant project development coordination experience in the energy industry, with wind farm project experience preferred.
  • Experience with stakeholder management systems is essential.
  • Experience with land agreements and compensation payments is preferred.
  • Able to think strategically, facilitating the long-term health of the organisation through implementation of a stakeholder management system.
  • Excellent relationship building and management skills across all project stakeholders with very high level of integrity and commitment to ethical behaviour.
  • Project planning skills, including strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; meticulous, with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable skills in conflict management and resolution.
  • Action-oriented: able to drive tasks to completion.
  • Good knowledge of land agreements and payment protocols.
  • Willingness to travel to site/s infrequently but with the flexibility of working hours to accommodate landowner, community and stakeholder availability and travel requirements.
  • Permanent resident or Australian Citizen.
