Contract Administrator and Commercial Analyst

 A Contract Administrator and Commercial Analyst is required by a leading power purchase agreement provider for commercial and industrial solar systems. Following a recent investment, the business is expanding and growing its asset portfolio.

Working directly with the Legal and Risk Manager and the Sales team, the role provides contracts administration (pre and post) and analytical support for sales and post-sales. The primary purpose is to solve bottlenecks to get to financial close.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination of transaction documentation process from initiation stage (contract request stage) through to signing.
  • Support transaction execution process including participation in any sales fulfilment and negotiations with external parties.
  • Contract administration including completion of schedule details pre-signing and notices, amendments post-signing.
  • Administering filing and governance on all other contracts and agreements with internal and external parties
  • Compliance and reporting associated with external licence and contracts including insurance providers and FIRB licence.

Requirements

  • A degree in legal, commerce, economics or engineering.
  • Experience in contract administration from the energy industry.
  • Ability to participate in contract negotiations.
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong coordination and project management skills.
  • Experience with ContractWorks (or document workflow platform) and Monday.com (or equivalent CRM) is an advantage.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residence.
