Office Administrator Part Time (Korean/English)

An Office Administrator, preferably bilingual Korean/English, is required for a leading, global solar technology business that is driving a growth strategy as well as introducing a range of new technologies to the market.

The Office Administrator role is part time (20 hours/week) and will be responsible for all office management and administration.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
  • Dealing with email enquiries and re-directing as required.
  • Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities, particularly for senior management.
  • Ad hoc data entry (SAP).
  • General office management including ordering stationary, refreshment supplies and managing service providers such as cleaners, photocopier repairs.
  • Organising travel and accommodation for staff.
  • Supporting as required, in the arranging of both internal and external events.
  • Providing general administration support to Business Development Managers, Engineers and Support team and Senior Management.

 Requirements

  • Some previous office administration experience, particularly in a technical or commercial environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel) with some knowledge of SAP being an advantage.
  • Fluent English and proficiency in Korean is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good work ethic, punctuality and problem solving skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
