They are looking to hire an Equipment Program Manager to take responsibility for the development and continual improvement of key business systems, operational processes and relationships for the introduction of a new piling equipment system. This new equipment system further advances their ability to deliver projects in more diverse soil types with greater efficiency.

The responsibilities will be broad and will evolve but will include:

  • Being a visible Safety Leader, proactive in continual improvement in the welfare of people interacting with the business.
  • Work on the implementation and achievement of the strategic EH&S plan.
  • Work to refine and develop fleet operations records within the asset maintenance system.
  • Establish order processing and inventory management system to manage spare parts and operational consumables.
  • Capture and analyze data, write reports for public consumption and maintain content on the knowledge sharing portal.
  • Localize training content to the Australian market.

 Requirements include:

  • Project or program experience with leadership skills and the ability to communicate at multiple levels.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience with developing business systems.
  • Experience in written reporting across case studies and white papers.
  • Excellent written language skills.
  • Experience of training delivery and a desire to develop a training excellence program.
  • Affinity for mechanical systems and machinery.
  • Experience within the materials supply, equipment and/or construction industry.
  • Experience within a continuous improvement or operational excellence environment.
  • A willingness to travel to remote sites.
  • A valid Australian driving license.
  • Australian citizenship or Permanent Residence.
