A B2B Marketing Manager opportunity exists for a leading, global, tier 1 solar technology manufacturer.
The B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving awareness (top of the funnel) and retention (bottom of the funnel) of solar retailers through B2B marketing strategies, events, and relationship management.
Responsibilities
Managing B2B marketing activities to support both the sales team and the channel sales partners, with a particular focus on retention of the channel sales partners. It is a very relationship driven role, working closely with channel sales partners from activation and throughout their life as a channel sales partner.
The role will also require this person to launch and manage a co-marketing fund where channel sales partners’ marketing budgets are matched. This will require the B2B Marketing Manager to assist partners in managing that marketing budget as well as preparing and managing their own B2C marketing campaigns.
Internal relationship management is equally important to support the sales team and to work collaboratively with the marketing communications manager to create content.
Requirements
- Tertiary education in marketing, business, or other relevant qualification.
- Demonstrable B2B marketing experience from companies that sell through a channel strategy.
- Broad experience of B2B marketing content, from social media, EDM, digital and traditional content production.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Relationship management skills with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally and the confidence to say no.
- A genuine interest in renewable energy will be highly regarded.
- The flexibility to attend out-of-hours and interstate events where necessary.
- Valid Australian driver’s license.
- Permanent residency or Australian Citizenship.
